Buyer-Seller Meet in Ahmedabad: F&B Ingredients India on 28 January 2027

F&B Ingredients India is holding its curated buyer-seller meet in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The Ahmedabad Edition takes place on Thursday, 28 January 2027, from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm at Hyatt Regency Ahmedabad, Ashram Road.

A one-day buyer-seller meet in Ahmedabad, built around business

The format is simple. 32 ingredient and solution providers, each with a booth, meet food and beverage manufacturers from Gujarat and western India in pre-scheduled one-to-one meetings. Each participating company can expect around 25 to 30 meetings of 10 to 15 minutes, arranged in advance around what buyers are actually developing.

What's on show

Food ingredients, functional ingredients, flavours and colours, sweeteners, preservatives, emulsifiers and stabilisers, specialty fats and oils, proteins, botanical extracts, nutraceutical ingredients and processing solutions. Alongside the meetings, the day features technical sessions, ingredient showcases and product innovation presentations.
